Merrell’s winter Sun Valley campaign was shot right after one of the largest snowstorms to hit Idaho in the last 50 years. It made for some of the most beautiful backdrops we could ask for.

This beauty brought its own set of challenges. Getting to many of these locations required an intense hike while carrying in and out all of our gear. Coming prepared is our main focus on EVERY project, even when working in -25 degree temperatures. Some of the product was so new that it wasn’t available in time for the shoot. Some of what you see is composite that was shot in studio later and splashed in. All in a day’s work at REDTOOTH.
